IMPROVERS WORKSHOP

What is the aim?

This one-day workshop is designed to help organisations maximise the benefits they gain from their self-assessment process.
The workshop is particularly aimed at helping those who have already started to use the Construction Performance Driver, or similar processes, to obtain focus on the improvements that will "make the difference". It also enables them with some common tools to help them establish and deploy robust improvement plans.

How is this achieved?
Delegates will be sent a pre-event questionnaire in order to draw out preferences, needs and achievements to date, in order to help focus specific workshops. During the workshop (as focused by the pre-event questions) delegates will receive insights into assessment best practice, practical tools to help them develop further and an opportunity to network with those of common interest.

Who should attend?
Those who have prior experience of using the Construction Performance Driver of have applied other models of Business Excellence within their organisation and are seeking the next steps.
