is the aim?
This intensive workshop helps those
new to the Construction Performance Driver understand the basic
concepts of business excellence and enables them to introduce
and develop the use of the Construction Performance Driver. It
also offers insights into the achievements of past users and helps
delegates to plan for and undertake their own assessments.
How is this achieved?
This workshop is based on the research carried out to develop
the Construction Performance Driver and our experiences in introducing
it into organisations both large and small. The workshop is made
up of both interactive presentation sessions and syndicate work.
